Services offered:

Resume Critique:

Been there done that. Developing a solid resume that highlights the challenges you have faced in your

job and how you overcame those challenges is the key. Most of the CVs just speak about the job you do

on day to day basis which is not relevant.

Identifying the challenging tasks that made you stand on your toes and how you can highlight your

achievements make a good resume

Interview Preparation:

One of the challenges in an interview is to stand out from the crowd.

What are your qualities that you should sell? How can you leverage your strengths in an interview? Why

should the company take you?

Saurabh has advised many international students – business school students as well as engineering

college students on soft skills necessary during Interview preparation. He has conducted many mock

interviews online and helped many students to develop their confidence in the interviews.

Career Goals:

Many students during their early careers are influenced by herd mentality i.e. they are influenced by

what their peers do. They realize later in their career path that it was not that career path they are

really looking forward to. 3 idiots, an Indian movie did a commendable job to educate the people that

one should do what he/she is good at and not based on what the whole world is pursuing. He will be

successful only when he does what he really likes and is passionate about.

That said, It is better to plan your career goals right now and take steps one at a time to achieve your

goals. The questions you need to answer is:

• What’s my short term and long term goals?

• Should I be an engineer or should I develop my career in business management?

• Should I pursue Mtech or MBA and why?

• When should I start preparing for my long term goals

• The list of the questions go on..

Remember – The younger you are, the easier it is to learn faster, adapt and grow faster.

The structure of the program:

Online sessions on Sundays via skype, ooVoo or any other platforms for a maximum period of 2

months:

• Group session

Maximum of 10 students would be selected and advised

• Personal one-one session

The charges would be different for the group session and personal one-one session.
